The reservation may be cancelled free of charge no later than 72 hours before the start of the service. In such case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of the service, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, while the deposit of EUR 50 is non-refundable.
If the customer does not show up for the service without prior cancellation of the reservation, the right to a refund is forfeited.
Refunds are made exclusively to the bank account or payment card used for the original payment.
In the event that the service is cancelled by the operator, the customer is entitled to an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid
